Principal
Brett J. Okoneski was born and raised in the Portland Metro Area and graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. Mr. Okoneski began his professional career in Portland in 1990 and has nearly 30 years of experience in the valuation and analysis of commercial real estate. Types of properties appraised include industrial buildings, mixed-use buildings, multi-family complexes, general office and medical office buildings, retail buildings, shopping centers, hotels and motels, residential subdivisions, mini storage facilities, adult care homes and others. In addition to fee appraisal assignments, Brett’s experience also includes third-party appraisal review and appraisal review advisory services. Clients include national and regional banks, agency lenders, insurance companies, developers, property owners, real estate brokers, and law firms. Brett has the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is currently certified/licensed in Oregon and Washington. Outside of appraising, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and exploring all the activities that the Great Pacific Northwest has to offer.
